High precision Spectrometer - High precision Spectral Radiometer - Speclis8.0 Product Description:
High precision spectrometer - High precision spectral radiometer - Specis8.0 is a unique integrated spectral radiometer equipped with a high-sensitivity back thin thermoelectric cooled CCD image sensor. It uses a silicon dioxide transmission grating and OSR stray light suppression method to significantly reduce stray light and ensure high accuracy of test results. In addition, the product has undergone precise calibration and can be used in conjunction with other devices to measure all types of light sources, displays, and LED lights, meeting various measurement requirements.
working principle:
The GL optical SPECTIS 8.0 spectral radiometer adopts the latest optoelectronic technology and uses revolutionary OSR method/optical stray light suppression method, which has many advantages compared to traditional laboratory measurement equipment. The mirror/grating/mirror spectrometer platform uses a silicon dioxide transmission grating and a back thin CCD image sensor. Sensors and electronic devices have thermal stability, and software continuously monitors baseline levels. The transmission grating provides the highest transmission performance and high diffusion efficiency. These features allow for setting very short integration times, which is crucial for high-precision light source measurements and may be a key factor in ultra fast production process control applications. The back thin CCD Hamamatsu sensor provides high quantum efficiency over a wide spectral range, helping to achieve more accurate and low-noise optical measurements in UV, VIS, and NIR ranges. Each spectral radiometer is individually calibrated and undergoes three pre calibration stages before the absolute spectral calibration process: (1) wavelength calibration, (2) nonlinear correction, and (3) optical stray light suppression, ensuring high accuracy of test results. The high optical resolution of this system makes it an ideal tool for narrowband light source measurement and fast optical measurement in industrial applications. LED, Different light sources such as fluorescent lamps or LCD displays require different optical probes. GL option SPECTIS 8.0 can be used in conjunction with other devices to measure all types of light sources, displays, and LED lights, meeting various measurement requirements.
